The Tecnodom EVO HOT 150 V Pastry Counter is a ventilated display counter designed for hot food and pastry presentation in commercial foodservice environments. A 2.34 m² display surface area allows structured presentation across the counter width. This pastry counter operates on electric power with a 717 W power rating. It uses a ventilated system that supports even air distribution across the display area. Integrated lighting with a 112 W light power rating supports clear visibility of displayed products. A remote version is specified with a 134 W power consumption, allowing flexibility during installation planning.

Sliding doors are provided for smooth access during service without requiring additional clearance.
