Nuova Simonelli, Appia II Auto Volumetric 2 Group - Black

The Nuova Simonelli Appia II Espresso Machine—Black is a commercial espresso machine built for cafés, restaurants, and hospitality counters handling consistent coffee service. It is used for preparing espresso-based beverages with controlled dosing and stable brewing performance. The machine features a stainless steel construction with a black exterior finish, suited for both front-of-house and back-bar coffee stations.

The two-group configuration supports simultaneous brewing during peak service hours. This espresso machine runs on electric power with a 3400 W heating system and operates on a 220–240 V single-phase supply at 50–60 Hz. It uses an auto volumetric control system that supports repeatable shot volumes for consistent beverage output. A rotary pump maintains steady water pressure during extraction.

The 11 L coffee boiler capacity supports continuous brewing cycles, making it suitable for medium- to high-volume operations. Electrical load is rated at 15 A for commercial installation planning. The unit measures 784 (W) x 545 (D) x 498 (H) mm, allowing placement on commercial counters. UL and NSF certifications support foodservice use. The machine is backed by a 2-year commercial warranty.
