Shipping Policy

At HorecaStore, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Shipping policies outlined below are tailored for our B2B foodservice customers across the UAE, including restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping charges calculated at checkout are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary due to factors such as freight class, delivery location, liftgate requirements, or restricted access (e.g., schools, churches, military bases). If the difference exceeds 15%, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping Addresses & Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth and secure delivery:

• Orders must be shipped to a physical address. PO Boxes are not accepted.

• If shipping to a commercial address, ensure the business name is listedto help the carrier identify your location.

• Residential or home-based businesses may incur additional charges. These are billed at residential delivery rates by freight carriers.
• Carriers may require someone on-site to accept and sign for delivery. Please ensure availability during normal business hours.
• A valid business phone number is required at the checkout. If unreachable, delivery may be delayed or returned at your expense.
• If delivery is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect information, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We use a mix of standard ground and LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight carriers.
• Orders over 150 lbs. or 108” in dimension ship via freight.
• If you have a preferred freight partner, please indicate this at checkout or notify us before shipment. We are not liable for delays once freight is handed over to third-party carriers.
• Curbside delivery is standard for freight shipments. Inside delivery, liftgate, or appointment scheduling must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

Multiple Shipments

The items in your order may be shipped from different warehouses. You may receive multiple deliveries, and we may charge shipping on individual shipments (unless otherwise stated). Delivery times may vary by item availability.

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping is available on selected items. Please contact our support team at hello@horecastore.ae or call us for a quote before placing the order.
• Expedited orders are not guaranteed for specific arrival dates due to carrier limitations.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship hazardous materials, perishable goods, or restricted items unless explicitly stated.
• Shipments to remote areas, free zones, or outlying emirates (such as Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and certain desert or island regions) may be subject to longer delivery times and additional handling or access fees.
• International shipments are handled separately — see our International Orders Policy.

Damage, Loss, or Delay

• Please inspect all shipments at delivery. Note any damage or missing items on the Delivery note or Shipping label before signing.
• Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once an order is in transit, HorecaStore is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.

Order Cancellations After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once the shipment is in transit. Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping charges and up to 25% restocking fee.
