The Sanremo 2 Group Volumetric Espresso Machine is a professional coffee machine designed for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee establishments. Manufactured in Italy, this electric espresso machine combines durable stainless steel construction with an elegant black finish, making it suitable for demanding hospitality environments. The espresso machine features a 10-litre boiler capacity, providing sufficient steam and hot water production for commercial coffee operations.

The machine operates with volumetric dosing technology, allowing baristas to program and dispense consistent shot volumes for improved workflow and beverage accuracy. A built-in shot timer provides precise extraction monitoring, helping maintain coffee quality and consistency across multiple orders. Electronic pre-infusion supports even coffee saturation before extraction, contributing to balanced flavour development and improved espresso performance.

Integrated LED barista lights illuminate the workspace, improving visibility during operation. The auto-level system automatically maintains the correct water level within the boiler, supporting stable machine performance throughout service hours. A cup warmer is incorporated into the design, helping keep cups at an appropriate serving temperature before beverage preparation.

Operating on a 240 V single-phase electrical connection, the unit delivers a power output of 3.3 kW suitable for commercial coffee service applications. With dimensions of 72 x 53 x 54.3 cm (L x W x H), the Sanremo 2 Group Volumetric Espresso Machine offers a practical footprint for coffee bars and hospitality venues.
