The Bertos E7F10-8B Fryer is a compact electric fryer designed for professional kitchens that require dual-tank flexibility in a countertop or line setup. It is suitable for restaurants, cafés, and catering operations handling varied frying tasks. The unit is built with a stainless steel body and silver finish, supporting daily commercial kitchen use. It offers a 10 + 10 liter oil capacity, allowing two separate frying zones for different food items.

This fryer operates on electric power with a total output of 6 kW, using a 380–415 V supply at 50–60 Hz. It supports a temperature range from 80°C to 190°C, covering low-temperature frying and high-heat applications. The unit is supplied with two stainless steel baskets, supporting parallel frying and portion control. Stainless steel baskets support frequent handling and routine cleaning.
