The Electrolux 371001 700XP Gas Boiling Top is a high-performance commercial appliance with gas power of 22 kW designed for heavy-duty cooking. Featuring four 5.5 kW high-efficiency flower flame burners and back and front burners with dimensions of Ø 60 mm each, it adapts to various pan sizes. The unit includes large cast-iron pan supports (stainless steel optional), flame failure devices for safety, and IPx4 water protection.
The Electrolux 371001 700XP Gas Boiling Top comes with standard gas delivery for natural gas G20 (20 mbar), with options for LPG or town gas, and a 1/2" gas inlet.
This gas boiling top weighs 38 kg and comes in 800x730x250 mm (WxDxH) dimensions. Made from durable stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, it offers a 1.5 mm thick one-piece pressed worktop for easy cleaning. It’s ideal for mounting on open-base cupboards, bridging supports, or cantilever systems.
