Baron, Gas Griddle, Smooth Plate, 7 kW, Countertop

We bought this griddle for our catering orders. During events we cook many items at once and this unit handles it very well. The plate is smooth, sturdy and food does not stick. It saves a lot of time.

I was worried about space in our kitchen but the countertop design fits perfectly. The heat is strong and steady and it cooks food evenly. It is easy for staff to operate and clean. Very impressed with the product.

We use this gas griddle daily in our cafe. The smooth plate cooks evenly and quickly and makes breakfast prep much faster.

Delivery from HorecaStore was quick and hassle free. The griddle works perfectly, very happy with it.

This griddle saves us time and stress. We can cook multiple items together and everything cooks evenly. Loved it!
