The Berjaya GG2BHRFS-17 Gas Griddle is a high-performance, free-standing, stainless steel griddle designed to meet the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Equipped with two robust burners, this griddle features a half-ribbed cooking surface, offering versatility for cooking various types of food efficiently.
The griddle is small yet roomy enough to manage heavy cooking, measuring 600 x 790 x 1010mm (L x W x H) and weighing 58 kg. With a 597 × 457 (L X W) (mm) cooking surface, there is plenty of room to prepare a lot of food at once. A sanitary cooking environment is maintained with the griddle's entire stainless steel body, which guarantees longevity and simplicity of cleaning.
The unit is powered by two ferro-cast burners, delivering a total of 52,000 BTU for strong and consistent heating.
