Got this griddle installed last month, and its been a real help. Two burners give us enough space to cook multiple items at once pancakes on one side, sausages on the other, no stress.

Smooth plate works perfectly for eggs, vegetables, and meats. Everything cooks evenly no hot spots, no burnt edges.

Build is solid and heavy-duty. Feels like it is made to last in a commercial kitchen, not some flimsy appliance.

Two burners let the team split prep without getting in each other’s way. Service flows smoother now.

Size is perfect for our line. Not overly large, but enough to handle breakfast and lunch menus at once.
