The griddle is small yet roomy enough to manage heavy cooking, measuring 900 x 790 x 1010mm (L x W x H) and weighing 81 kg. A sanitary cooking environment is maintained with the griddle's entire stainless steel body, which guarantees longevity and simplicity of cleaning.
