The Bertos E9FL4M Fry Top with Cabinet is an electric flat plate cooking unit designed for commercial kitchens that require controlled surface cooking with consistent heat distribution. It is used for preparing meats, vegetables, eggs, and other menu items on a flat steel cooking surface. The unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish and silver color, suitable for daily use in restaurant and catering environments.

This fry top operates on electric power with a 5.7 kW output and a 3-phase electrical connection, suitable for professional kitchen installations. It runs on 380–415 V voltage with a 50–60 Hz frequency. Temperature control is managed through thermostat control, supporting an operating range from 50°C to 270°C. 

The flat steel plate supports uniform contact cooking across the surface. The unit carries CE certification for commercial kitchen use. The unit measures 400 x 900 x 900 mm (W x D x H) and fits standard commercial kitchen lines. It comes with a 1-year warranty, supporting regular commercial operations.
