The Bertos G6FM6B Fry Top is a professional countertop gas fry top designed for commercial kitchens that require flexible cooking options within a compact footprint. The body is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, supporting durability and hygiene in foodservice environments. The fry top operates on gas power with an output of 8 kW and supports both LPG and natural gas (NG) connections. Temperature is regulated through thermostat control, with a working range reaching up to 300°C, suitable for grilling meats, vegetables, and breakfast items. The dual-surface plate supports both contact grilling and char-style cooking.
