The RM Gastro FTHR-6oEL Electric Griddle is a commercial cooking appliance designed for high-heat surface grilling in restaurant and catering kitchens. It is suitable for preparing meats, vegetables, eggs, and fast-service menu items that require direct contact cooking. The unit is built with a stainless steel body that supports daily kitchen use and routine cleaning.

This electric griddle features a dual-surface plate with 1/2 smooth steel and 1/2 grooved steel, allowing different cooking styles on the same unit. The plate size of 650 x 480 mm provides ample cooking space for batch preparation. It operates within a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, supporting low-temperature holding as well as high-heat grilling. The griddle runs on 400 V electric power with 50–60 Hz frequency, making it suitable for commercial electrical installations.

The unit measures 660 (L) x 600 (D) x 290 (H) mm, making it suitable for countertop installation in cooking lines. Fixed feet provide stable placement during operation.
