The Brema G 280 A Ice Flaker Machine is a stainless steel, commercial-grade unit designed to meet high ice demand in commercial kitchens, bars, and catering services. It produces up to 280 kg of granular ice in 24 hours and has a compact, freestanding design with adjustable legs (110–115 mm) for stable installation.

Built with electromechanical controls for simple operation, the unit is air-cooled and runs on R290 refrigerant. It requires a fresh water supply, consuming 5.2 L of water per cycle within a water pressure range of 14–84 Pa. The machine operates effectively in ambient temperatures from +10°C to +43°C and water temperatures from +3°C to +32°C.
