Brema, Ice Flaker Machine, Granular Ice, 60 kg/24h, Air-Cooled, 420 W

The Brema GB 601A Ice Flaker Machine is made for commercial kitchens, bars, and foodservice environments that require granular ice for drinks and food preparation. Constructed from stainless steel, this freestanding unit provides durability and hygiene suitable for commercial use. It produces up to 60 kg of granular ice in 24 hours and includes a 9 kg storage capacity for ready-to-use ice.

This commercial ice flaker machine operates on single-phase electric power (220–240 V, 50 Hz, 420 W, 10 A) and uses R452A refrigerant. It has an air-cooled system and requires a fresh water supply, using 5.3 L of water and operating with a water pressure range of 14–84 Pa. The unit can function in ambient temperatures between +10°C and +43°C and water temperatures from +3°C to +32°C.

The machine uses electromechanical controls for simple operation. It comes with CE and NSF certifications for compliance with industry standards. The unit measures 450 mm (W) x 620 mm (D) x 680 mm (H) and includes adjustable legs (110–115 mm) for stable installation. The HFC-free insulation helps reduce ice melting in the storage bin. It includes a 1-year warranty, making it suitable for high-demand commercial environments.
