The Scotsman ACM 56 AS commercial ice machine is built to deliver clean cube ice for restaurants, bars, and cafés. Its internal bin stores 12.5 kg, ensuring a ready supply during busy hours.

This self-contained unit has an air-cooled condenser and uses R134a refrigerant, which is CFC-free, making it safe for commercial use.
