The Scotsman ACM 226 AS is a commercial, self-contained, air-cooled ice machine built to produce clean cube ice for food service and hospitality spaces. It generates up to 150 kg of 20 g cube ice in 24 hours and stores up to 70 kg in its internal bin. Its overall size is 1078 (W) x 715 (D) x 1008 (H) mm, ideal for medium- to large-scale operations.

Made from stainless steel in silver and black, it offers durability with a modern finish. The unit uses R404A refrigerant and runs on 230 V, 1 phase, drawing 1150 W with a computerized control system for stable operation. The condenser is air-cooled and fully CFC-free, making it environmentally compliant.

It operates between 10°C and 40°C, consuming 22 kW/hr per 100 kg of ice, and releases 9040 BTU/hr. It produces ice with a dimension of 29 x 34 mm cube size and uses 14 liters of water per hour. The 120 mm legs offer accessibility and easy cleaning beneath the unit.
