The Roller Grill EP800 Proofer is a freestanding commercial proofer designed for bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering kitchens that require controlled dough fermentation and holding. Built with a stainless steel body in a silver finish, this unit supports consistent proofing conditions for bread, pastry, and bakery preparations. It accommodates up to 8 x GN 1/1 containers, making it suitable for medium- to high-volume production environments.

The proofer operates on electric power (1.4 kW) with a simple On/Off switch control, allowing straightforward operation during daily kitchen workflows. It supports a temperature range from 15°C to 90°C, covering slow fermentation, proofing, and low-temperature holding needs. Designed with 8 internal levels, it accepts trays sized 600 x 400 mm, offering flexible tray arrangement. The unit is supplied without shelves, allowing kitchens to configure it based on existing tray systems.

With a freestanding installation design and four integrated wheels, it allows easy movement and placement within prep or bakery areas. Its overall dimensions are 795 (W) x 640 (D) x 910 (H) mm, fitting well into commercial kitchen layouts.
