The Roller Grill HVC60GN Ventilated Foodwarmer is designed for restaurants, catering services, hotels, and buffet counters that require controlled hot holding of plated food during service. Built with a stainless steel body and finished in silver, this electric food warmer supports organized holding of up to 60 plates with a 34 cm plate diameter, making it suitable for high-volume foodservice operations.

The unit operates on electric power with a 1.5 kW heating system and runs on 230 V, single phase, 50 Hz supply. Temperature is managed through a thermostat control, allowing adjustment between 50°C and 130°C based on holding requirements. The ventilated heating system supports even heat circulation across all levels. Internally, the cabinet is configured with 3 shelves sized at 695 x 345 mm, supporting GN 2/3 gastronorm compatibility.

The unit features two hinged doors for smooth access during service. It measures 460 (W) x 425 (D) x 925 (H) mm, supporting vertical storage without occupying excessive counter space.
