The Modular R90/80CPG/2V40/P Pasta Cooker is designed for commercial kitchens that require high-capacity pasta cooking with precise heat control. Built for professional foodservice operations, this gas-powered unit features a stainless steel construction with a silver finish, suitable for intensive kitchen environments. It is equipped with two separate wells, each with a 40 L capacity, supporting simultaneous cooking of different pasta types.

This pasta cooker operates on gas power with an output of 28 kW and a gas consumption rate of 24,076 kcal/h. It runs on a voltage range of 220–240 V with a single-phase electrical connection and a frequency of 50 Hz, supporting electronic functions with an electric power rating of 0.2 kW. The unit includes a 1/2 in gas inlet, dual 3/4 + 3/4 in cold water connections, and supports hot water pressure up to a maximum of 5 bar.

Each well measures 306 x 508 x 316 mm, allowing structured portion handling. The pasta cooker measures 800 (W) x 900 (D) x 870 (H) mm and features a 20/10 mm thick worktop for added structural stability. It includes a 1-year warranty for commercial kitchen use.
